BEWARE Do NOT book, rent, or stay at this property in Fontana, CA.I rented it to host my mother’s repast, and it was absolutely deplorable. The owner was indifferent and dishonest, claiming the house had been cleaned that morning (a complete lie). There are multiple people communicating on the app as the owner. Never the same person! The owner didn’t leave a WiFi code either. Plus there’s only one small flat screen TV, in the living room with no channels, only YouTube!When I called “the owner’s” number twice and texted, no response. When I threatened to dispute charges for his rental because he wasn’t responding. His reply was “Hello, who is this? What is your name? Did you rent my property?” Are you serious! You have no idea that your house is rented, and you sent me the information that morning on Vrbo for checkin. When we arrived, it took five people over three hours just to make the house barely usable — and we even had to buy our own cleaning supplies.Issues included: Filthy walls, sticky floors, and dusty furniture, torn couch, cobwebs everywhere, dead bugsSix broken lights and two non-working fansAir vents caked with dirtBathrooms nasty, with feces on the toiletKitchen grimy, oven filled the house with smoke.Torn couch, towel racks falling off the walls.Hot water that didn’t last. This property added stress to an already painful time. It is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable.Save yourself the trouble — DO NOT rent this place.
