Please be informed that street parking is not allowed. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway and 2 vehicle spots in the garage.

We do have available 240V EV charger outlet however you must bring your own charger.

We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $80 per pet to be collected via prior to your check in.

A friendly reminder that after 6 Guests, we do charge $50 per extra guests coming in.

Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.
