With a simple and modern decoration and fully equipped for you to enjoy your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge 144 cms, microwave, small appliances, trousseau, etc. Double bed 160 x 200 cm, 100% cotton sheets, duvet, blanket, towels 520 grs 150 x 100 bathroom, 100x 70 washbasin, carpet. For greater comfort you have bathrobes and individual blankets for the terrace, as well as beach towels, iron, ironing board and washing machine. We are 500 meters from the "Monument to the Peasant" and less than 2 kilometers from the beginning of "La Geria", where you will enjoy the vineyards and you can visit the main wineries of the island and being in the geographical center of the island you will arrive in less 30 minutes to the main tourist centers. The stunning "Famara" beach is 12 minutes away by car. Also 500 meters away we have a gas station with a supermarket that opens 24 hours a day and in our town "San Bartolomé" you have a pharmacy, cafeteria, restaurants,
