This fantastic Single-floor villa located in El Salobre Golf Resort in Gran Canaria has been built on a plot of 300m2, with a wonderful swimming pool by making use of really high quality materials.

 

The villa counts on a living/dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, parking facilities, private heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price) and a beautiful garden. Air-conditioning is provided in any room of the villa.

 

Spacious and lighted living room has been decorated with natural stone. It has a LCD TV, air-conditioning and large sliding doors with direct access to the exterior of the villa.

 

The main bedroom, with a large double bed, is equipped with large wardrobes. The second bedroom has really comfortable twin bed. Each room has own full bathroom.

 Pool Features
Rectangular-shaped, roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!

 

*** A security deposit of 500 euros is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

 

*** One dog is allowed with a 100€ surcharge for the whole stay.

Gorgeous, just as pictured and perfect for us!

We had the most amazing 11 nights in our villa at Par 4 in Salobre. The villa itself was fantastic, just as pictured, with a really peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The garden and pool were also fantastic and really private and quiet. The golf courses are stunning, even just to look at, and the restaurant at the entrance of the resort serves lovely food and drink and has a beautiful view out over one of the courses. We were greeted on arrival, shown around, even given some tips and directions on where best to eat and food shop etc. A welcome pack of food and drink had been left for us which was lovely and every morning fresh bread was delivered (left hanging in a bag on the front door so as not to disturb) which was such a great extra detail. We wish there had been a few additional items in the villa, like a full length mirror and little things like extra bin bags and some washing powder (everything else including dishwasher tablets and things like cling film were all easily found in the cupboards) as it’s the little things that make a longer stay easier. On the whole we can’t stop talking about our wonderful stay and can’t wait to return very soon. We loved Gran Canaria and everything it has to offer and feel that we found a real jewel in the crown at Salobre.
