Apartment with capacity up to 6 people distributed in 1 double room, living room with sofa bed and double bed embedded in furniture, very well cared for and with a large terrace where you can eat with sea views.
It has air conditioning, Adsl and smart Tv which will allow you to watch television on demand such as Netflix, Amazon prime video, etc. We also have national channels through Movistar and international channels.
The complex has a heated swimming pool which allows it to be used throughout the year.
Attached to the Playa del Ingles. The beach has 6 km of fine sand where you can enjoy water sports or simply take a walk at sunset, go for a run on the beach or spend a day of fun with the family.
Close to the leisure area. 4 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and creperies.
Many of the venues have musical or dance shows. Close to the leisure area of ??playa del Ingles.
Good road communication which allows you to know both the north and the south of the island and take just 20 minutes to the airport of gran canarias
