Nice apartment in the center of Playa del Ingles, located 300 meters from the beach and only 100 meters from the Jumbo Shopping Center, was completely renovated in September 2018.
Located on the third floor of the Australia complex, it consists of: dining room with 4K 49 "LED TV, equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with 22" LED TV, a bathroom with WC, bidet, washing machine, shower area and large terrace suitable for have lunch / dinner outdoors
The apartment is suitable for couples or singles who want to spend a relaxing holiday.
It is located very close to restaurants of various ethnic groups, supermarkets, some open 7/7 24h, enjoys the morning sun.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento ben curato,confortevole tranquillo, non manca nulla e tutto ben funzionante (lavatrice, ferro da stiro,microonde, stendipanni, moka x caffe, bidet, piscina,2 televisori, bel terrazzo x distendere e x depositare le ns. 2 bici...cosa potevo volere di piu). Ottima posizione, 200 mt da supermarket, centro commerciale jumbo ( dove trovare ottimi ristorantini tra cui il mitico 'superman' dove si mangia divinamente pizza e cibo italiano, mercatini, farmacia, minimarket,pub, i tipici spettacoli Draq Queen) e fermata dell autobus 66 e 90 ( x aeroporto).
