Irreführende Beschreibung des Objekts, dafür zu teuer.
Die Fotos vermitteln leider einen Eindruck, der von der Realität weit entfernt ist. Die Finca liegt an einem Steilhang innerhalb eines Talkessels, so dass sie bis in die frühen Nachmittagsstunden im Schatten liegt. Das Wasser des Pools ist also eisig kalt. Auf der Dachterrasse frühstücken ist eine schattige Angelegenheit. In der Beschreibung wird nicht erwähnt, dass die Finca nicht mit dem Auto direkt erreichbar ist. Stattdessen führt ein sehr steiler und enger Zufahrtsweg ca. 100 Meter oberhalb der Finca, wo es eine Abstellmöglichkeit für das Auto gibt. Von dort führt ein sehr schlecht befestigter, teilweise unbeleuchteter steiler Fußweg herab zur Finca. Genau an den dunklen Stellen gibt es tiefe Löcher. Für unseren zweieinhalb jährigen Sohn eine gefährliche Herausforderung. Mit Einkaufsvorräten in der Dunkelheit dort herunter zu müssen, kann lebensgefährlich werden. In den Ausstattungsmerkmalen wurde ein Backofen und eine Zentralheizung erwähnt. Die waren nicht vorhanden. Es gibt lediglich einen Induktionsherd mit zwei Kochfeldern. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet, die man auch zum Heizen verwenden kann. Die Küche kann notdürftig mit einem mobilen elektrischen Heizkörper geheizt werden, was auch erforderlich ist, da hier der Esstisch steht und die Mahlzeiten mangels Alternative hier stattfinden. Die Küche hat keine Fenster, es gibt keine Spülmaschine und leider auch kein warmes Wasser, so dass das Geschirr mit im Wasserkocher erwärmten Wasser in einer Waschschüssel abgewaschen werden muss.
Es gibt noch einen zweiten Waschraum in einem kleinen Anbau des Hauses mit einer kleinen Duschwanne. Leider auch hier keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser vorhanden, da der Warmwasser Boiler dort nicht funktionierte. Außerdem haben wir nach einigen kühlen Nächten festgestellt, dass eines der Außenfenster im Schlafzimmer gar keine Glasscheibe hat, sondern nur einen Fensterverschlag, der total undicht ist. Das bemerkt man natürlich erst, wenn es draußen kälter ist und der kalte Wind durchdringt.
Wir bereisen seit vielen Jahren die Kanaren und mieten jedesmal eine Finca. Aber so sind wir noch nie von der Beschreibung und dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (ge)enttäuscht worden.
Die lokale Vermittlungsagentur hat immerhin sehr schnell auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert, der Vermieter hat innerhalb eines Tages zumindest einen kleinen mobilen Elektro-Backofen und neues Essgeschirr nachgeliefert und eine Entschädigung von einer Tagesmiete erstattet

Urlaub in Mitten der Natur
Wer fernab der Touristenmetropolen Urlaub machen möchte und Privatsphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist bodenständig eingerichtet, verbreitet dadurch jedoch einen typischen spanischen Flair. Hervorzuheben sind der Pool, sowie die Sonnen- und Schatten-Terrasse. So kann man den ganzen Tag die Ruhe in der Natur, mitten in den Bergen, genießen.
