The apartment was situated on the other end, away from the entrance which was good because it ment quiet and nice. Nice pool area and friendly receptiin. Ataitana is also located a little above the plain of Maspalomas and has nice view and quite near shopping and cafes in el Tablero.

Ok so they say you get what you pay for!!!! But this place was clean and tidy. The maid came twice during my stay and the pool area was amazing. If anything it was maybe a little too quiet it’s only a €4/5 euro taxi to the Yumbo or you can get a bus outside. 100% I would definitely stay here again. And there is a Spar shop about 150 meters up the road next to a lovely restaurant x

Arrived after reception hours check in was difficult. Used their website and was sent instructions by WhatsApp for checking in. Room was basic but we didn't expect any more for the price. Unfortunately, our settee was filthy. Pics below. Asked the following day for another room but unfortunately was not given one. Asked for a different settee but were just given blankets to cover it with. Needless to say we didn't use them. Bedroom and bathroom up stairs with second balcony which had lovely views. Room itself was clean. Bathroom was ok and beds. Wouldn't stay here again as it was too far out of the way. Good half hour walk to the seafront. Taxis and busses were a god send. Lovely restraunt just up the hill next to spar. Pool was ok but freezing. Sunbeds were another story. Broken and dirty. My partner had to make one good one out of 3. Why they don't sort them out I don't know. Had towels changed twice, but bed not changed all week. Luckily we were here in the cooler months so the bed wasn't too bad. Sheets a bit thin. Kept thinking I was going to rip them. Made the best of the situation but would not return.

A bargain £113 for 2 of us for 7 days everything we could need 2 balconies mini kitchen quiet pool restaurant 5 mins up the hill would stay again don't expect 5* accommodation for cheap money you get what you pay for

Very low rental price and exceptional value for money. The rooms are basic, however, 2 balconies, privacy, amazing view and a pool that's not crowded makes it a winner for me every time. My family and I have been returning here for many years. The Manager Luciano and his team are friendly and helpful, they also assisted with booking my return taxi at a great price.

This has to be sorry to say the worst places I have ever stayed in.whilst the manager Luciano calcines and the reception staff were very friendly this place is disgusting I had 2 weeks here only because I could not get in anywhere else. Believe me I went to all the ones in the area to just get can see by my reviews I am fair and honest.but this place needs a big kick up the .... whilst the manager only rents out the accommodation for the owners they w was clean around the pool.the reception was nice and clean.but I did not sleep in the reception. In my humble opinion the only way this place will pull their socks up if people don't book and take a long look at what they have. Shame on you sites that have this on your books.all in all a very unclean accommodation offered to us holiday makers.i lead to understand that the management rent the accommodation on behalf of the it is mainly for residents. As I say the manager and reception staff were very polite but that is just not good enough.

Unfortunately not the most pleasant review to write about our recent holiday. We were initially disappointed on arrival at the apartments. I am aware that ants are unavoidable in warm climates, but we spent the first hour cleaning crumbs and grime out of the kitchen drawers and cupboards that the ants were feeding on. The apartment was a nice design, with bedroom and 2nd balcony upstairs, but again the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The whole place was very very tired and in need of total upgrading. Bedding changed twice a week, but the sheets and pillow cases were worn out, full of holes and didn’t feel particularly clean, the same with the towels. And an extra 20euros to park the car in a busy residential area for our 10 day stay (not 1 euro a day as advertised). The pool was shabby (see photos) there were missing mosaic tiles, black crusty growth taking their place. Not inviting at all. Cheap and cheerful? Well it wasn’t particularly cheap, and I’m sure other complexes in the location would have been better. We always book 2/3 star accommodation – basic clean and comfortable, however this place was the first time in 20 years we have been so disappointed with our choice. The location was OK for us – on hill at the back of the Maspalomas area– a few restaurants and Spar shop in walking distance, however we found our car invaluable for getting around the island. I think we may visit Gran Canaria again – the weather in spring is simply superb, but definitely won’t be staying here again.

5 minute walk away from maspalomas beach, 15 minute walk from playa del ingles or you can catch taxi for €3.60. You can catch the number 30 bus or the number 1 round the corner from the hotel that take you into the central which takes 45 minutes for €5.00 for one person or €8.00 for two!

We stayed in the Ataitana Faro apartments for a week and felt the price reflected what we got. The 2 floor maisonette style apartments give you 2 balconies; kitchenette (with microwave and 2 hobs); lounge area and bedroom. A lot of storage space was available but with only a limited amount of hangers. The apartments seemed to be more residential which meant it was quieter that your normal apartments which is more desirable for me. Pool area was immaculate and quieter so no fighting for a sunbed. A mini market and restaurant is on site with larger supermarkets and restaurants available about 10 minutes up the road. Reception is only manned sporadically but when you check-in a number is provided if you need assistance. House keeping visited us after the first day and then 4 days later which is fine but would have benefitted with fresh towels in the interim. The location of the apartments is about 30mins walk from main shopping area and 20 mins from the fun fare. The centre of Playa del Ingles is about 45mins walk but only 4/5 Euro's in a taxi and many taxi ranks in the resorts. I would stay in the apartments again if I was going fir a quiet holiday but found it a little far from the busy centre of Playa del Ingles. The apartments maybe a bit outdated and tired but great value for money and clean. You get what you pay for and think that some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh.

We stayed here for a week in October 2016. These are 2 story apartments and care to be taken with the stairs. The apartments need updating everything looking quite tired and old fashioned. The bed though has a real mattress and is very comfortable. Towels and bedding old but clean. Towels changed twice and bedding once in the week. Bathroom ok and usual 2 electric rings etc. Swimming pool and gardens clean but pool needs some tiles replacing. Restaurant onsite and usually open in the evenings. The manager was very pleasant and helpful but reception only open till 6pm. Wifi free in reception. Some of these apartments are privately owned and it's more like a shared residence but Spanish people we met were very nice. We were given to understand that is why it is proving difficult to make changes and upgrades to the other rented apartments. Some lovely restaurants nearby. Ok for a week if you want a cheap no frills stay
