Welcome home to 241 Hwy 46 in Borne, Ix. This 1 bedroom 1 bath rental home that sits on 10 acres of land and boasts over 650 square feet turned into modern style feels. This rental home has been completely remodeled, wood tile flooring throughout the home with a white base molding and loaded with upgrades. A neutral modern look and cozy feeling as you walk in. As you walk through the entryway, notice the open concept living room that leads to the kitchen including stainless samsung steel appliances, granite marbled countertops, white subway tile backsplash adding a unique backslash, white ample cabinetry with black hardware to match with black goose neck faucet. Includes natural grays wall colored paint, natural sunlight pouring in through the windows that overlook the million dollar views. You'll also notice the beautiful fight fixtures throughout the kitchen/ dining area. The Bathroom is loaded with upgrades includes granite countertops, a standup shower with subway white tile adding some marble tile. Master bedroom has interior french doors and an LED bronzed ceiling fan, double pane windows with natural sunlight pouring in.
