great location, safe area

what a great condo in a great location. walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, the riverwalk right out the back door. a great view off the balcony, parking on site. no complaints. definitely recommend!

Didn't have a key when we checked in

Had three TV's the one in the living room didn't work. We loved the coffee in the morning. We loved how quiet it was. The location to the River Walk was close a miles walk. I I loved the covered parking you felt safe walking in the garage. The young man who works the front desk was amazing. So friendly, eager to please. We would definitely stay there again. In fact I want to rent one and sell my house .

Awful experience

This was not the location we booked. It was destroyed in a plumbing problem and we were moved here.The neighborhood was not safe and the loft complex was very odd. The room was clean, but it was comfortable and not welcoming. I could not get responses from anyone about a couple of problems; the place did not even have trash bags. It was the worst stay I have ever had at a Vrbo.
