This house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty floors, unclean kitchen, nasty carpet, dirty linens. Dirty dishes were still in dishwasher. Dish soap, trash bags, extra paper towels & toilet paper were not provided. It barely slept 8 people, def not 10, so 2 kids had to sleep in the queen bed with parents. So uncomfortable. We requested linens to make a bed with the couch. We were only brought 8 pillow covers. The linens were not clean; bunk beds had a strong pee odor and people could not sleep there. We tried to wash the linens. The machine started running. A few minutes later, water started pouring from the ceiling in the middle of living room. We immediately reached out to the property manager, but no answer. We reached out to VRBO, and our option was for us to find another place ourselves and submit for partial reimbursement. No other place was available, so they offered to give a 120 credit for our "inconvenience" and we had to stay in that house. After a couple of hours on the phone trying to find a resolution,and cleaning up the water, our 2 day trip to Seaworld was cut short. There was also a leak from the bathroom, which also leaked through the living room ceiling light. You can see in the photos this is an issue that likely had happened before. VRBO tried to reach out to the owner, but was not able to. So they sent an email. We got a text later asking if we wanted a mechanic (???) We declined.So disappointed at how this was handled by the owner and VRBO.
