Unfortunate

Bad neighborhoodDeadbolt lock did NOT work ( i have a video to prove it). The host lacked hospitality to say the least and argued me about the lock. They refused to give us any refund even though we left within the first hour of being there due to feeling unsafe in the surroundings environments and had to go book a hotel for the 4 days we had booked for the VRBO.
