We didn’t end up staying here cause the property was nothing like the photos they posted online. However they do have two sister hotels that we were able to upgrade to in town.

The worst hotel ever

Absolutely horrible experience. The beach is disgusting and stinks and looks nothing like in the photos. The rooms also stink and are so humid that the surfaces are wet to the touch. The faucets are filthy with built up grime. Breakfast is barely edible. The location is horrible and sketchy. Thin walls so all you hear is motorcycles and dogs all night. The property absolutely does not match the description so moved hotels after the 1st night in order to be able to enjoy our stay in San Andres. The property refused a refund for the rest of our stay despite the advertisement being nothing like the property.

A pousada tem um custo benefício bom, quando chegamos não tinha quarto disponível na Pousada São Luís Place e nos alocaram na pousada próxima, La Reina, gostei pq essa pousada é maior e tem espreguiçadeiras de frente para o mar, apesar de não ter conseguido entrar no mar pq tinha muito sargaço. A limonada de coco é maravilhosa :)

Hotel simples, mas com quarto bom e bem limpo. Café da manhã com 6 opções de escolha. Ônibus e transporte executivo na frente. Como ele pertence a uma rede de hotéis foi possível usufruir as instalações dos outros que são de categoria superior, sem custo adicional. Fica longe do centro, mas compensa por seu em local um pouco menor barulhento que no no centro da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos.

O pior hotel que ja estive , tudo horrível a única vantagem e que pertencia a uma rede e me mudei para o Arena Blanca que fica no centro da cidade ... internet não funcionava , café péssimo , instalações lamentáveis , funcionários esnobes, não passem nem perto deste lugar , a noite não a nada próximo , lugar afastado sem transporte , sem estrutura , terrível o preço cobrado e um absurdo pelo que oferece e as fotos não correspondem a realidade , paguei um valor a mas e me mudei para o centro .

Absolutely awful experience the place around this hotel is dangerous do not stay here the beach is dirty and has junk everywhere, they tried to stiff me on check-in and not give me the room I paid for… do not stay here.

El hotel esta bien situado, tiene acceso directo a la playa y el personal es muy atento. No me gusto la habitación que nos dieron porque estaba justo en frente de la via por donde transitan vehículos, lo cual hacia que todos los ruidos de la calle se sintieran en la habitación. De resto me parece un buen alojamiento, como valor agregado te ofrecen la posibilidad de acceder a dos hoteles mas del mismo grupo y hacer uso de sus instalaciones.
