Una atencion calida y excelente. Es especial Claudia. El tema limpieza no se realiza diariamente en la habitacion a menos que la requieras. En mi caso solo solicite que retiren la basura por que no ensucie nada. El cambio de sabanas y de toallones tambien debes pedirlo si se requiere. Creo que es por un tema de protocolo. La vista era maravillosa.

Somos de Mendoza,pagamos la estadía con débito,nos debitaron el valor en dólares,por lo tanto el valor se incrementó en un 30%,cdo hicimos el reclamo en el lobby del hotel ni siquiera estaban enterados,a quien hay q reclamar? Cdo entramos a la habitación a revisar había una cucaracha muerta,lo cual fue inmediatamente limpiada por la chica de la limpieza

Mauvaise expérience

Hotel sans charme. Restaurant avec une grande salle éclairée par des néons d'un autre temps. Nourriture insipide mais d'un prix raisonnable. Absence de WIFI dans les chambres alors que les chambres sont vendues avec WIFI. Il faut se déplacer à la réception pour pouvoir se connecter. Nous avons été sans eau chaude le matin, c'est pratique pour la douche. Nous avons accumulé les malchances, vers 23h un car d'adolescents est arrivé et les jeunes n'ont cessé de courrir dans les couloirs en criant. Malgré deux appels à la réception le vacarme a duré jusqu'à minuit.

Hermosa estadia

Estuvimos en una cabaña muy conforable,amplia limpia, el personal muy dispuesto. El desayuno suficiente, y el entorno del lugar hermoso.Muy recomendable.

Hace muchos años debe haber sido importante , hoy una estrella le queda grande!!! Van grupos de gente grande, muy ruidoso todo, habitaciones debajo del Restaurant imposible dormir !!! No corren mesas , arrastran todo !!! Horario x descansar entre las 0.30 y las 7 hs , después olvídenlo !!!

Lamentablemente buena construccion pero mal estado de mantenimiento.Por ejemplo bañeras tapadas.mal la electricidad y a raiz de eso tuvimos inconvenientes en el alojamieno..

Nosotros paramos en el hotel. Súper cómodo, te buena atención. Lo único incómodo ir a la pileta que está abajo donde están las cabañas. El mejor lugar para parar en san Agustín

Es un hotel ubicado un un lugar excelente, que en otra época ha sido relevante y que en este momento se encuentra un poco desactualizado. Es una opción debido a que la oferta en el lugar es bastante escasa

Estadía en Hostería y Cabañas Valle Fertil

Lo mejor: su ubicación, la vista desde la localización del hotel. Lo peor: reservamos por expedia 3 noches. Al día siguiente nos llamaron por teléfono para informar que sólo tenian dos noches disponibles, así que las posibles opciones eran cancelar la reserva o reducirla a dos noches. El desayuno es muy limitado: pan con manteca y mermelada, café, té y no mucho mas. El wifi sólo conecta en el lobby. La habitación doble es muy pequeña y la calefacción muy ruidosa. Teniendo en cuenta la relación precio/calidad exiten otras opciones mucho mas gratificantes en Valle Fertil. La noche que tuvimos que mudarnos a otro hotel fuimos a Mer-Edith y quedamos altamente satisfechos.
