Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible service. Bed sheets were not cleaned as evidenced by hairs on the pillow and under the blanket. Staff was so rude. I booked a room with breakfast included. When asked about where should I go for breakfast, the staff replied “no breakfast for you! You booked the room with discount. How dare you ask about breakfast. Other rooms pay more than you and they don’t get breakfast!”. Beware of the check in time that ends so early. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend anyone staying here.
