Alte, heruntergekommene Ausstattung. Teilweise fehlt der Knauf an der Schublade, bei der anderen Schublade ist der Lack abgeblättert. Bad ist okay, kein Schimmel erkennbar. Auf dem Gang gibt es einen Wasserspender.
