Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring. We didn't travel halfway around the world just to hang out in a hotel room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were simple and basic. Breakfast is not particularly good. Hotel overall and rooms were clean except towels. Entrance is wheelchair accessible, and access to room is wheelchair-friendly, but door to the bathroom is very narrow (maybe around 58cm wide) and shower stall is not accessible. Recommend hotel for low-budget travellers.

立地はイマイチでも快適なホテル♪

中心部のレギスタン広場から離れていますが、早朝に到着した私のearlycheckinのお願いにも追加料金で対応してくれました。部屋はバスタブ付き、水漏れしてバスマットがびしょびしょになったけど、快適なお部屋でした。冷蔵庫とドライヤーのパワーが強いのもうれしい驚き(笑)観光にはタクシーが必要ですが、レギスタンプラザと間違えられるので、通りを伝えた方がいいかも。

Этот отель в лучшем случае тянет на две звезды, хотя заявлено 4. Номера и мебель в советском стиле. Завтрак откровенно плохой: практически все холодное. Хлеб - просто черствый. Даже фрукты были невкусные.
