The staff are super nice, super helpful. They are always willing to go extra miles to help me. The manager, Husein, even drove me to a local store to get my SIM card and certain things ready for my next trip to Pamir. While I was lost in the city and having trouble to get a taxi, I was happily surprised that his car drove nearby and honked at me and gave me a ride to a museum. The front desk lady, Qimat, helped not only me, but also my friend, Benoit, who booked his room in a different hotel, In short, they are very nice, super nice. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and amazing staff

The hotel is brand new and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff and owners have been fantastic, always willing to help out and doing much more than is normally expected. I would definitely come back to Meros

Should you want to visit Samarkand and are looking for a good little quaint hotel close to the exciting sights of the city, don’t hesitate to choose Meros. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and included and the hotel is clean.

The staff was excellent, the place was new (despite the vintage style), and clean. Using their car service is highly recommended, as they always supplied good cars/drivers for a great price.

英語が通じ、とても親切な方々です。 レギスタン広場までは徒歩で15分くらいですかね。 サマルカンド駅(鉄道)までは10kmほどありますが、ホテルの方に手配して頂いたところ、12,000Cymで行けました。 お世話になりました。
