The bed was a sheet on a box spring! No mattress so incredibly hard. Breakfast was cold even at 8:30 when it opened. Wi-Fi said 100MB. I tested 10-20MB maximum and could not do video calls. The location was good which is why we initially booked, not knowing the other issues.

The owner of the property tried to charge me extra for government registration that I declined to pay by showing him detail of my orbitz booking . I had to pay him cash for three days stay since the hotel does not accept credit card payment on file .

Horrible hotel

Do not stay at this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. If you wanted to relax and read a book in your room in between sightseeing, forget it. No windows made it pitch dark during the days many power cuts. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast cold and miserable. Do not trust the pictures, there is no yoghurt or cereal. The sofa in the lobby was used for beds for the two persons working in the reception so you could not sit there. They do not speak a single word of english in the reception by the way. The only plus side to this hotel was the 5 min walk to registan

the hotel which is located good

i had stayed at this hotel for one day. The receptionist was so kind and the location is so nice. very close from squar. But I had to pay an additional fee on top of the amount confirmed when I booked the hotel. they said it is kind of reception service fee(?) but i couldnt find any mention of this when i booked it. and there is so bad sewer smell in the restroom.
