No hot water in the facility, no food on site, paint is peeling, cleanliness of apartment was suboptimal, roaches swept under the couch. Active construction was ongoing downstairs in the unit below us on a Saturday with no prior warning which involved banging on pipes. Why one would rent out a space at that time is beyond me. Unneccessarily expensive for what is included. This place takes advantage of tourist and promotes itself as a 4/5 star resort. The experience was no where near this. Such a disappointment.

this was a last-minute decision, the property was very nice, my family was very happy with the room. the private patio and pool/jacuzzi were excellent. Liliana was great bringing us the breakfast that we had ordered during our stay. kirssy was very polite great at check in and check out very informative about the area. responded quickly to my questions. and always followed up. and was extremely helpful. looking forward to our next stay.

The only time we saw or worked with any staff was upon check in at the reception desk and when trying to check in our representative started to help guests who arrived after us. We tried to be patient but had driven several hours and had a new infant with us. The check in process was slow, unorganized, unpleasant and subpar. I would not recommend this property. There are plenty of better villas with better service and amenities.

The three bedroom patio suite was stunning to walk into. On the whole it was a good stay. Just a few things that needed to be corrected for future guests. The dishwasher did not work and had stagnant smelly water in it and the smell tended to permeate the suite. The air conditioners only worked in two of the bedrooms, and the stove did not work. It was such a nice place we worked around it all. It was perfectly located, about a 5 min walk to The Mosquito restaurant.

Great location but apt needed some updating

Apartment location is great and we loved the restaurant across the street. But the apt was dated with a musty smell. The balcony is big and a great place to spend your time. Inside, the lighting was terrible and the linens and towels needed a refresh. Don’t expect cleaning or extra tp or any basics like dish soap… it was a basic Airbnb experience.
