Beautiful 3 bedroom villa and a private pool. In a secluded area very safe with a night guard. The house was built 9 years ago features all new kitchen and bathrooms, central air conditioning, outside shower, TV in the living room, access to the backyard with a beautiful pool. The house is located near Pueblo de Los Pescadores with lots of unique restaurants night clubs and bars. The beaches are within walking distance from the house. You can either walk around or rent a pasola from the locals to go around town.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

It was ok
The place is pleasant, clean Quito recommended. The only thing is that there are not enough blankets. Bring your soup and personal higiene with you. The tv volume is very low. However everything is near, beach, supermarkets, restaurants and more.

Not only was the property a literal construction site, but the property manager, Nelli, was very rude and not at all understanding about why we might have been unhappy about finding a property that looked so different from the pictures.
