Excellent location and very modern place, beautiful views of the Samana Bay. Didn’t like the bathroom set up as water went everywhere.
The buffet food was terrible , really dirty serving spoons everyone touching no masks , food not kept to temperature everything was cold . Meat still raw in the middle . My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from staying and eating there 2 days . The 24 hour room service consisted only of a hot dog, raw hamburger or pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way . Couldn’t order alcohol after midnight . Pools closed early at 7 pm. Never again . Beach rough and seaweed.

Dear Cecilia, We are deeply sorry that you have had that experience in Samana. We would have loved to have your feedback while you were at home so we could confirm that you are not qualifying a property different than Hacienda Samana Bay, because we don´t have pizzas, or hotdogs in our menu, our restaurant is a la cart, we do not offer 24hrs room service. we are not an all inclusive hotel.
