Because this property is Non-ADA Compliant it should be noted the beach, certain dining halls, swimming pool, and certain in room restroom, are not accessible. In fact the prperty does not own a shower chair for use by patrons.

I got this as a all inclusive package and when we got there we were informed that we only have breakfast included for 8 days. We had to pay 77 dollars a day in order to be all inclusive and even paying we can only have certain food and drinks. This was horrible, no at all a 5 star hotel or an 9.0 excellent luxury nothing. Bathroom disgusting, bed hard as a wood, food infected with flys and empty trays all the time. The bar at the beach has been closed for months, the little stage by the pool where the suppose to perform activities and shows has also been closed for months. If you go to a la carte restaurant they do not have anything you ask for, but they do have a steak for 35 dollars or a Salmon for 19 dollars. The bar lady told us that she can't do piña colada because there was not piña colada mix, no Lemos or limes. The worst place ever

Overall reviews would be back, the views are pretty amazing, the private beach is great, the food was mid, they seem to have many restaurants because you can see the signs and entrances, but most were closed. 2 were open and they only served at certain times which can be inconvenient, but for me was not that big of a deal. Room was really clean, and had everything you needed, but they never stocked my fridge. Very limited room service menu. Pool was super clean so was the beach.

Small hotel, right on the street so street noice is loud, they are under construction with very loud noice, food was very limited when we got there because the main dinning area was also close under construction, our room had musty smell, everything is old and it needs updating. We were there only for 20 minutes because we checked out and now they refuse to refund our money. I will have to dispute the charges with our credit card company if they continue to refund the charges, Expedia try to get the money back without any luck but I feel they don’t do enough.
