Check in was very easy. Make reservations ahead of time for dinner. Only allowed 3 reservations? A little weird. Dinners were very good. A lot of flies present in buffet area. A little gross. Family did enjoy stay a lot. Have two young kids who enjoyed trip as well.

The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

The property was old. The water was linking in my room from the top. My room all was linking water. The telephone didn’t work. My small fridge didn’t work.also my air conditioner did not work. We had an awesome time at this resort. We loved the beach, the layout of the hotel and the friendly staff. My favorite part was that there were a lot of cats in the grounds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but somewhat outdated. I loved the beautiful beach and huge pool. I am going to miss that beach with crystal clear turquoise water. They have a vast variety of food options in the buffet. Their food is also top quality. This resort has so many activities that it’s impossible to get bored.
