Vacation

Overall ok. Had a relaxing week. Furniture was very old and there was a problem with ants in the kitchen area.

Pictures are deceiving.

WiFi was inconsistent. House logistics is not conducive for elderly and physically challenged.

Disgusting! Had to have them clean the black mold from vents, upstairs bathroom, second and first floor bathrooms and upstairs light fixtures. Additionally the hot tube controls did not work and had to be replaced….which they did but not programmed to work properly.

Property was in good condition. It worked for our families. It could have used full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Towels should be provided for more than 1 per person. There was a washer and dryer which made it convenient to wash, but who wants to wash every day of vacation!?! The shower head on the 2nd floor was poor. The pool table wasn't usable. There were games, but missing pieces to all the games and in poor condition. Who doesn't provide a step out of the shower towel? Thats silly. The pool was big enough just not clean enough. It had plenty of furniture. The outdoor shower and bathroom was convenient. They provided 1 roll of paper towels and 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper which is fine, but for the price to reserve the house, couldn't you buy Bounty and Charmin?! All in all, it met our needs but no 'wow' factor. One suggestion-have a book of area attractions, hot spots, local eateries, etc. It was hard to find local seafood, etc. Let the renters leave their finds from their stay.

HORRIBLE

The property was dirty! Infested with ants! We had to buy our own ant traps and spray no compensation!!The bathroom tubs and sinks backed up. The front left burner of the stove didn’t work, the oven door didn’t close all the way. THE MOST MISERABLE VACATION!
