Family holiday

The pictures do not do the views justice. Pool and outside areas are amazing, well taken care of and owner and manager on hand to help with everything. Only 5 min drive from town and beach, great beach club and restaurant too Great base to explore this part of Puglia with Pressice (fab little town 10 min drive) and Santa Maria de Leuca (great smart resort) only 15 mins

Perfect getaway, easy access to Pescoluse beaches

Beautifully located property built to high spec and offering a genuinely relaxing stay with uninterrupted views over the Ionian Sea. Outside areas are excellent, pool and terrace areas to very high standard.

Das Haus war einfach traumhaft, besonders der Pool, der Blick von hoch oben übers Meer, die liebevolle Gartengestaltung und Pflanzen! Innen sind drei Schlafzimmer und eine komplette Küche mit Kühlschrank und Nespresso-Maschine. Wunderschöne Decken und alles super Schuss. Vor allem im Hochsommer zu empfehlen, wenn man abends im Herbst innen sitzen muss, ist es zu sechs zu klein. Es gibt nur eine 1,5-Sitzer-Couch, Plastikstühle und einen einfachen Klapptisch - das könnte man sicher verbessern. Aber in Summe mehr als empfehlenswert - wir kommen gern wieder!

Traumurlaub

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen in einem luxuriösem Anwesen. Das Haus liegt völlig ruhig an einem Nebenweg, ohne Einsicht anderer Bewohner. Der weite Ausblick auf das Land und das Meer ist einmalig. Überdachter Parkplatz. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, die abendliche Beleuchtung romantisch. Der große Pool wurde von uns, aufgrund der großen Hitze, ausgiebig genutzt. Man kann auf den Sonnenliegen unter Sonnenschirmen, auf zwei Loungeecken oder einer Sitzgruppe entspannen und die Zeit vergessen. Das Haus ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt. Besonders gern nutzten wir das tolle gemauerte Aussengrill mit Meerblick. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Strände sind per Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. An Parkplätzen mangelt es nicht. Hochsaisonbedingt waren die Strände sehr voll, das türkisblaue Meer aber wunderschön. Der schriftliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war herzlich und unkompliziert, die Übernahme vor Ort reibungslos. Die 1800 km haben sich echt gelohnt und falls wir nochmals in diese Region reisen, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen lieben Dank

Fantastisch ! Auf dem großen Anwesen kann man die Sonne vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang erleben. Es gibt zahlreiche überdachte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in den Schatten, von denen man trotzdem überall den atemberaubenden Meerblick genießen kann und selbst bei Regen bequem und geschützt draußen verweilen kann. Das Anwesen liegt nahezu blickgeschützt und ruhig am Hang eines Hügels und garantiert mindestens 170 Grad Meerblick bis zum Leuchtturmsignal von Leuca. Trotzdem liegt einer der schönsten Strandabschnitte Apuliens nur 7 Autominuten entfernt von diesem traumhaft gelegenen Grundstück. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, toll gefliest und hat eine wundervolle Gewölbedecke im Schlafzimmer. Es verfügt über eine Küche mit großem Kühlgefrierschrank und war sogar mit einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle und einer Kapselkaffeemaschine nebst Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktionierte toll und den Fernseher haben wir nie genutzt. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass das ganze Gebäude mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet ist. Der stilvoll beleuchtete Swimmingpool ist ein Traum und wird, je nach Blickwinkel, manchmal sogar zum Infinitypool. Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme, überdachte Poolterrasse und Dusche am Pool laden zum Chillen mit Meerblick ein. Der Außenbereich um Haus und Pool ist mit einem fussfreundlichen Bodenbelag ausgeführt. Toll war auch die separate Außendusche hinter dem Haus mit Meerblick! Kontakt und Betreuung liefen hervorragend! Danke, Familie Reiter aus Bayern
