O apt é muito confortável e tem uma vista linda. Só não consegui fazer um café, porque a cafeteira era de cápsula e não tinha cápsula disponível. A localização e a vista são o ponto forte dessa hospedagem. Mas a comunicação com o flat é terrível. Tive uma experiência estressante. Primeiro, é o cliente que tem que entrar em contato com eles. É tudo pelo whatsapp e as respostas são demoradas. Eles pedem um pré-cadastro antes do dia do check in. E no dia do check in, o cliente tem que entrar em contato com eles novamente, depois das 11h. Aí, fiquei aguardando pelas instruções para entrar no apt, que só chegaram às 14h36. O horário de entrada é 15h. Pedi para entrar mais cedo, mas não fui atendida. Atenção! tem uma obra gigantesca ao lado. Estão demolindo um prédio. É muito barulho e poeira. O apt não tem vaga de garagem e estacionar na região é muito difícil porque é um local turístico.
