The house was lovely and spacious and really well equipped with everything you could possibly want. The garden and pool were beautiful. Lucia was helpful throughout from answering questions before we booked, organising for a late check in and during our stay. And Praia do Forte is a perfect location - peaceful but plenty to do and good choice of restaurants. Overall it was perfect!

Amazing oasis in Praia do Forte

We really enjoyed our stay in Praia do Forte. Lucia's house is amazing! It has everything you can possibly need and feels so comfortable. She was also very helpful when we contacted her with questions. It is walking distance to a nice beach and the pleasant commercial area with lots of restaurants and shops. My only suggestion would be to include an average cost of utilities in the originally quoted nightly rental price instead of charging for them separately at the end to avoid someone feeling like the charged amount was unexpected.

Chegamos na casa e encontramos tudo impecável, limpo e cheiroso. A localização da casa no condomínio torna a área de lazer do imóvel completamente privativa e ventilada. A proprietária é extremamente prestativa e nos auxiliou no que precisávamos prontamente. Muito melhor do que nas fotos. A experiência foi incrível.

Bom mas caro

A casa é ótima. Bem cuidada. Fotos bastante fiéis. Os pontos negativos são: a luz é cobrada a parte e a conta sai cara (já que no verão faz muito calor e segundo a própria proprietária alguns aparelhos de ar condicionado ligam sozinhos sem que tenha ninguém na casa) e os vizinhos são muito ruidosos (musica alta todo o dia e todos os finais de semana até tarde). Pelo valor do aluguel (que não é nada barato) acredito que a estadia deveria incluir pelo menos uma parte do custo da luz. Além disso, tivemos um desagradável episódio com a proprietária, que nos acusou, sem fundamento, de estarmos sendo pouco cuidadosos com o gasto de energia (mesmo ela repassando integralmente o gasto da luz para os inquilinos). A funcionária Guel faz o horário que quer, sem respeitar a privacidade das pessoas que estão na casa e, apesar de seus serviços estarem incluídos no valor do aluguel, deixou de vir um dia sob o pretexto de que teria que limpar outra coisa pertencente à proprietária.

A casa supera a expectativa das fotos! Muito confortável, bem equipada, bem localizada, organizada, limpa e cheirosa!!! Anfitriã muito disponível e solícita. Área gourmet da casa, cercada de verde, com integração da pisicina e da churrasqueira é uma delícia! Nem dá vontade de sair, embora seja possível chegar à vila com uma pequena caminhada! Funcionária da casa tb muito agradável. Perfeita pra relaxar em família. Voltaremos com certeza!!!!
