Living rooms and Home teacher with cozy sofas for a nice rest to the sound of birds or watching a beautiful movie from Netflix or Apple TV.
Marble dining room, inside the house capable of accommodating 10 people for a beautiful dinner. Nespresso coffee maker and wine cellar compose the ambience.
Kitchen attached to the dining room, with all the necessary utensils that a chef needs. Refrigerator and freezer, cold water cooler, air frier, electric oven and other appliances help the kitchen.
Washed for support on the ground floor.
Extensive gourmet area with 2 tables for 10 people each, next to the pizza oven and the barbecue. Vertical brewing in this area, capable of leaving the beer at -3.5 degrees ready to quench your thirst, and the local ice machine helps to make the drinks very cold.
Pool deck attached to the gourmet area, consisting of 3 rooms: 2 sunbeds with umbrella, gourmet table with 4 seats and umbrella and love seat with chairs under another umbrella to spend the afternoon tasting aperitifs. External toilet and external shower support the open area.
