Family get away

Host was fabulous, lovely property in a great location. Clean, well equipped, hot tub and pool table was very well used. Lovely walks near by too Would highly recommend for any large get together.

Absolutely fantastic

The place was absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need was there for you. The golf course right on your door step is also a massive plus. Would 100% book again.

Family get together

Great weekend in a beautiful place, plenty of space for us all to be and each bedroom very comfortable. Easy access for taking a walk on the cliffs to saltburn which a few of the group attempted! All in all a great property that was clean and spacious and good for large groups.

Excellent group stay

We had 20 friends all staying. Loved all having our own rooms and baths. The social area was perfect for a large group. A couple extra amenities would be benificial in the kitchen, but other than that everything was great. Would rent this property again no questions.

Family stay

Amazing, spacious place for large family birthday. Plenty to do, property was amazing, lots of space for a lot of people. Only downside, was communication beforehand, to clarify amenities, however I believe this was due to the agency which manages this, not the property owner, who made us feel very welcome, very friendly and helpful.

Great place! We'll be back!

We had a great stay! Loads of room for all of us and 4 dogs. Nice walk to the beach and short drive to Saltburn. Loved the hot tub, bar and bonus that each room had it's own bathroom. Loads of kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery etc. The only thing that could be improved is the communication from the management company before hand, we had a simple question about room set up and they just kept sending me the same information that was on the webpage and wasn't answering our question.

What a find!

I don’t know where to start with this amazing property. We were a party of 24 celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. I loved the look of the property, I thought the bar area would suit us perfectly for a knees up - I was right 🤣 Communication from host and stay was fabulous, all questions pre stay were answered promptly and sufficiently. On arrival property was ready, very clean and hot tub filled and already warm. There are a variety of doubles, twins and two triples and all of our party loved that we all had our own bathroom (all rooms have a bath and shower) The owners were near enough for us to ask questions but in no way at all intrusive. Fabulous location by the sea, very good Chinese in the village, order for 20 correct and delivered in less than an hour! All round very well equipped and comfortable and a great time was had by all

Family annual get-together

An excellent experience liked by all the family. The accomodation is clean and comfortable and suited our extended family well comprising 14 grown ups, 8 children under 12 and 2 infants, along with 6 dogs. The walk to the beach is lovely and the owner very hospitable, approachable and friendly. We would certainly book it again
