Depart. Sarmiento Salta ne répond pas : du vol !

Ce lieu est une escroquerie et que penser d'Hotels.com qui le propose... Arrivé le 22 février comme prévu cette habitation ne répond pas. Grâce à une habitante de cette même adresse nous rentrons mais ne trouvons pas. Nous les appelons au téléphone pas de réponse. WhatsApp pas de réponse non plus ni le lendemain, puisque nous avions réservé 2 nuits. En plein carnaval tous les hôtels de Salta étaient complets ! Une horreur ! Heureusement la voisine a cherché à nous loger pendant plus d'une heure et tous les hôtels (à tous les prix) étaient complets La voisine a trouvé une relation qui a bien voulu nous héberger. Hotels.com n'était pas joignable par aucun moyen car le cas que nous vivions n'a pas été prévu en informatique... C'est scandaleux qu'en plus nous ayons été prélevés des 2 nuits alors que c'était impossible de les utiliser. Que compte faire Hotels.com pour nous dédommager ?
