The location was great, the apartment itself was decent, the kitchen was new, and the terrace had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, everything else was terrible, especially the host agency, Costa Dorada.
We had informed them in advance that we had a late flight and paid €80 for a late check-in, yet nobody came to greet us. Instead, they made us pay for a taxi and travel to their agency, which was 20 km away from the apartment. We were traveling with a small child, and they were fully aware of this.
The apartment was also old and dirty. We sent them photos and asked them to send someone to the apartment so we could show them everything that was broken, including the refrigerator, lights, bed, closets, and other things. Nobody ever came.
To make matters worse, they later returned €90 less from our €210 insurance deposit, even though they had previously told us that this was already included in the price.
We stayed for 13 nights, and throughout our entire stay, nobody from the agency bothered to come and check the problems or help us resolve them. Overall, the experience with Costa Dorada was extremely disappointing
