Located just a 2-minute walk from the stunning Cala Crancs and 10 minutes from La Pineda Beach, this property offers an idyllic setting to unwind and enjoy the summer.



Cala Crancs, one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. It also offers exceptional facilities, including showers, toilets, sunbed rentals, lifeguard services, and a beach bar famous for its mojitos, considered among the best in the area.



LAYOUT



The house, accommodating up to 7 guests, is part of an exclusive residential complex of 24 townhouses, sharing beautiful landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool. From this area, a charming seaside path leads directly to the beach. If travelling with small children, we recommend accessing the beach via the street for added convenience.



- Ground Floor:

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a small courtyard leading to the interior via a short staircase.

The fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living-dining room provide everything needed to feel at home. There is an air-conditioning unit and a sofa bed for the 7th guest.

From the dining area, you can access a second terrace with stunning sea views overlooking Cala Crancs – the perfect spot to relax while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.



- Upper Floor:

Here, you will find three cosy bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with a shower.

The master bedroom features a double bed and access to a private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. The third bedroom also includes two single beds. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom.

In the corridor there is an air conditioning unit to cool the rooms.

Beautiful view!

Wonderful view and near the beach. The pool was a calm place in the middle of the neighbourhood. Perfect for small children if you have.
