El piso es igual que en las fotos, está muy bien situado a 5minutos andando de playa y varios comercios. El dueño ha sido muy atento y ha estado a disposición durante toda la estancia. Repetiría sin duda.

Nice apartment close to main shopping and dining area

Safe and secure apartment with a bedroom for two and futon in kitchen/sitting room area. Apartment had air con and Kitchen has cooker , microwave and fridge freezer.. Only thing missing was a kettle but only because we are tea drinkers..(Local supermarket had one for a tenner so all good) nice view of PortAventura park coasters and Mountains in the distance.. Would stay again as it met our needs ..

Le propriétaire est-il seulement au courant que de nombreux intermédiaires se partagent les infos, les clés, et la surtaxe bien sûr en liquide du oarking qui est censé être compris dans la location ? Par ailleurs si vous devez cuisiner, apportez le nécessaire ! La batterie de cuisine est tellement abîmée qu'elle est inutilisable. Beaucoup d'éléments essentiels manquent. Et n'oubliez pas vos boules Quies pour la nuit. Dommage, l'appartement, située dans une résidence sale qui semble à l'abandon, n'est vraiment pas loin des plages "sauvages " et magnifiques de Salou

Séjour décevant

Appartement bien situé proche des commerces et plages, seulement, plusieurs points négatifs pour cette location qui nous permettent de ne pas recommander cet appartement. Infesté de punaises de lit (au vu du nombre qu'il y avait il est évident qu'elles étaient là depuis un moment), clim non fonctionnelle, peut équipé, très mal isolé nous entendions tout comme si nous n'avions pas de porte, le ménage laissait à désirer également. De plus, il est très compliqué de trouver une place de parking autour de l'appartement. Enfin, le propriétaire déclarant qu'il ne savait pas pour les punaises de lit nous a renvoyé et n'a fait aucun geste en notre faveur (même après un recours avec Abritel, aucune réponse). De retour chez nous, peur de ramener des punaises de lit donc procédures couteuses et longues, des centaines de boutons sur le corps de la tête au pied en passant par le visage. Démangeaisons pendant des semaines suivant notre retour. Propriétaire peu empathique, désintéressé et n'a même pas daigné faire un geste en notre faveur par rapport à ce problème majeur. Cependant, concierge réactif et compréhensif. Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.

Muy buena ubicación del apartamento, pero fallaban muchas cosas como limpieza y varias reparaciones. Si no hubiera sido por eso sería de 10 . Pero el dueño deja una a persona responsable solo para una limpieza de 1 hora entre un inquilino y otro sin reparar en nada más . Por lo demás repito que muy bien situado y comunicado

Apartamento justo para 3 noches

El apartamento está bien, pero necesita un repaso ya que está algo deteriorado. De menaje algo escaso, aunque a mí me valió ya que estuve 3 noches solo iba a dormir. El sofá cama es más pequeño de1'35 una vez abierto, lo comento ya que dormimos 2 adultos y quedaba muy estrecho (descanso mal).

Todo bien en general el apartamento es cierto q tiene cierto desgaste pero para nosotros estuvo bien ya q solo era para dormir Durante el fin de semana notamos mucho ruido de coches y de locales nocturnos pero esto no es culpa del apartamento El propietario todo muy bien en comunicación y disposicion
