L'appartamento completamente ristrutturato nel 2007 è a piano giardino ed è composto da una sala abitabile con cucina all'americana. Nella zona di soggiorno c'è un divano letto, tavolo da pranzo e tv satellitare. all'esterno un porticato con zona riservata agli ospiti dove è possibile mangiare e dove ci sono due poltrone. Il giardino davanti al porticato si apre fino al lago. Il posto è romantico e signorile.. L'appartamento è in un contesto unico in villa proprietà della famiglia da 100 anni. Abbiamo altri due appartamenti che vengono affittati durante la stagione estiva. Atmosfera romantica in un paesaggio da sogno dove godere della bellezza del giardino secolare che si affaccia sul lago balneabile. Il giardino è in comune con la famiglia ed eventuali altri ospiti.
