The apartment is on the first floor of a house on 3 levels, consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a living room with satellite TV.

Located between the towns of Salò and Gardone Riviera, 300 meters from the lake, the apartment is equipped with a large newly built equipped kitchen (May 2017) with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine Lavazza coffee pods and American coffee machine.
There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a large wardrobe each. A cot is also available in one of the rooms. The bathroom, newly built, includes sink, toilet, bidet and a shower of dimensions 100 cm x 70 cm.
There is also a small closet and, next to the kitchen, another small room with a sink available for guests.
The apartment is equipped with a 32 "flat screen TV with satellite channels and free WiFi internet connection.

Independent entrance to access the first floor where the apartment is located. Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Although near the commercial area and all the main services, the apartment is in a very quiet area and its location is an ideal starting point for every type of day, whether you want to play sports, have fun, take a cultural holiday or just relax.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
