Water was warm not hot. There was also a lady screaming a lot at a party in another room.
Stopped randomly on a roadtrip to spontaneously enjoy what looked like a fun place. When the bellman was called to bring a cart, he showed up saying, "Really? My shift is almost over and I'm ready to go home." The casino and hotel smelled heavily of deodorizer. The staff was mildly interested in our drink orders. Overall, I wouldn't go again.
property was very clean, staff was friendly, and check in was easy. Dining or choices of food was limited being that we arrived pretty late. location was easy to get to.
Security knocked on our door at 7:44am informing his we had to move our vehicle in a wide open parking lot, even though front desk staff had told us that we were fine where we were at the previous day at check in. Also the front desk had us marked as “checked out” at 8:30 am so the maid came in and saw us getting dressed. There seems to be a disconnect with poor training and communication among staff members. Also there are hardly any convenient food options on site and the hours for the grab and go area are very limited.

The property itself was great, clean and nice. The beds were terrible though. Two days later and I am still aching. 😞

Property was clean and room was very nice. Staff was rude, unaccommodating and seemed to not care at all about customer service. Bars were closed early without notice so we walked to the gas station to get some beer to enjoy in our suite. We were stopped at the elevator and told we weren't allowed to bring outside alcohol in our rooms. That policy is not stated anywhere. On a Saturday night, we came down for dinner at 8:15pm to find the buffet closed already even though the hours say they are open 5pm-9pm. The Grab 'n Go Market subsequently had over an hour wait for food because of the buffet's early closure. We were extremely disappointed with our trip and will not stay there again. It is unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful.
