Nice house with large pool air conditionning in a quiet village with canal
Nice house located at the edge of the village, with a large private swimming pool and a spacious pool house comfortably furnished.
This is a very good compromise for those who want to combine the seaside attractions and cultural discoveries. Within a radius of 50 km, the excursions allow you to vary the points of interest : the Roman city of Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve, the Citadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage of UNESCO) and natural sites like the famous Canal du Midi, the Jouarres lake Jouarres, the Bages bounds (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional park of La Clape (known for its scenic hiking trails).
For lovers of relaxation, the lively beaches resorts of Gruissan and Valras plage and the more family oriented Narbonne plage; all within 30 km.
The house of 160 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people. It has very nice volumes on the ground floor and large rooms.
In front of the swimming pool, pool house of more than 30 m² with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace of more than 200 m² brings together the swimming pool, the patio and the house. The large pool of 11mx5m has a depth between 0.90m and 2m. Secured by an alarm, it is open from june to end of september. On this terrace, several garden furniture with barbecue and many loungers. Garden of 2000 m ² lawned and planted with trees pleasant to live.
On the ground floor : living room and dining area with cathedral ceiling, kitchen full equipped, sleeping area with 1 queen size bedroom with electric bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 independent bathroom with bath and shower, 1 other independent shower room with toilet and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, lounge mezzanine and 1 double bedroom with terrace. Air conditionning by 1 powerfull split at the level of the staircase allowing to refresh the house.
Parking off road, fenced garden. Sorry pets are not allowed.

Compulsory final cleaning at 80 €
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival,
