Really beautiful condo. Everything was brand new remodeled, bright and open. Was a pleasure to stay there. Walking distance to the beach and even when the weather didn't cooperate, we had a nice time indoors.

Loved this unit in a 3 unit house! Beautiful inside! Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom was very nice! Bonus sunroom off of the master bedroom was a nice respite from the main living room and kitchen. Walkable to boardwalk and other shops. Salisbury Beach State Reservation is also easy to walk to if you want a little exercise. There is a beach there but we didn’t have time to go to it. Will definitely stay again!

Very clean and well decorated apartment with sunset views and lots of TVs. Apartment is good for my friend who has allergy to pets as it’s no pet and smoking policy. Host is very responsive.Apartment is well insulated for winter and has assigned parking spaces.

The Cut at Salisbury was a fantastic place to stay! Our level was clean and ready for us upon arriving. This a three story condo, each floor is its own rental. There is parking underneath the house. I think the parking was great, but the gravel base could use a little work. It was soft and our vehicle struggled to get backed out a few times.This house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! We were a little ahead of opening for tourist season, so some of the local shops were closed. If you plan to stay during the summer, there is plenty of local shops and food places very close! Nick's Place has amazing pizza!Checking in and out were a breeze! Erin was very responsive any time I sent her a message! She was extremely helpful when I mistakenly set our arrival date a day early. She helped me change our arrival date without question! The Cut at Salisbury is also located close to Salem (45 min drive). We drove into Salem, checked out the local museums, then hopped a train into Boston.I would recommend Erin and The Cut at Salisbury to anyone looking for a laid back beach house!
