Great location, close access to North Hampton beach . Enough room for 4 adults and a 5 yr old. Clean and tidy. Host was very accommodating. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. All had a great time

The interior is cozy and clean. You can tell there have been updates throughout the house. The bed and bath linens were also clean. You have to be ok with sleeping on bunk beds though there are 2 full size bottom bunks. We knew this when booking the rental and we were completely ok with this arrangement. The mattresses seemed new as well. Parking is tight for 2 cars. We had to park both cars at an angle to fit in the driveway and not stick out into the street (which is narrow). The outside sitting area is small. It does not go beyond the couches and fireplace. If I had an issue Nicole was quick to respond to messages. She seemed friendly and attentive. I definitely would consider renting this unit again!
