Localização do hotel eu boa , porém logo na chegada me trocaram de quarto pois o que eu estava mais funcionava direito a parte elétrica, no outro dia a porta do outro quarto travou me deixando 30 minutos para o lado de fora do quarto, a porta da sacada estava travada um lado chuveiro água quente não tinha , a porta do box do banheiro só tinha um lado deixando o banheiro todo molhado etc.. em fim este hotel preciso de uma boa reforma ! Não recomendo por enquanto !

Hotel está bem decadente. Quartos ainda com ar condicionado. Vaso sanitário do quarto estava com defeito. Chuveiro vazava água. A comida estava na média é só valeu a pena mesmo a piscina e a vista. Porta do quarto emperrou exatamente cinco vezes em dois dias.

Foi uma estadia muito gratificante , não obstante termos tido um pequeno problema de mudança de quarto , que prontamente depois foi resolvido . Sinto somente que existe uma pequena falha de administração deles , que as vezes não encontram as reservas feitas pelo hotéis.com Coisa que nunca tive problemas viajando para diversos países . Não aceitam também a reserva mostrada pelo aplicativo . Minha sorte tb que imprimi a reserva.
