In Salies-de-Béarn, we offer this charming 180 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows :

First floor
- 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Upstairs :
- Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4 : two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.

Exterior :
- A private (unheated) 12x6m swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter and open from June to September (dates non-contractual).
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- 2,000 m² private garden

The house is ideally located in Salies-de-Béarn, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
