It's a modern studio apartment in a lovely and safe area. This property is in the heart of Salford Quays with high spec furnishings and fittings, with a free GYM on site. The property is on the 26th floor, and has a lovely view of the city of Manchester and river view..(AWESOME)
The accommodation comprises of Flat screen TV, INTERNET & NETFLIX. It has a seating and dining area. There is also a modern fitted kitchen, with all the kitchen appliances needed, there's a private bathroom with free toiletries, towels and hand towels etc .
Media City is currently the most exciting place in Manchester. The media big wigs ITV and BBC have moved their offices here. It's quite well connected by Tram and Bus. For regular walkers the Manchester United Stadium is nearby, so if you want to see the "Media in Action" this is the place. Nearby are lovely restaurants and bars around.
The apartment is approximately:
5 minutes drive/10 minutes walk (1.3 miles) to The Lowry Outlet.
4 minutes drive/8 minutes walk (0.8 miles) to Media City UK.
8 minutes drive (2.5 miles) and public transport to Old Trafford.
It also very easy to commute to Piccadilly via tram and bus
