This was a beautiful property and would have been wonderful to stay at but a lot of the residents in this building are not very well behaved. We arrived with 3 young children to a group of drunk people carrying cans of beer and trying to get up to a friends property. On arriving at our floor the music was blaring all night long and there was shouting and screaming and people trying to buzz into our property. The children were very scared and didn’t sleep well. At 6am the party seemed to stop and there were people in the hallway screaming “wake up” on leaving which again scared the children. When we left we found empty drug packets on the floor outside and had to explain to the children that it was just litter. Very disappointed.

Fantastic location with very good shops and places of interest within. Apartment was very clean with the exception of the plates. I find them really very dirty and will do with a good clean after checkout. Apartment was spotless however I do have serious back pain whenever I wake up in the morning as a result of the bed. Also it will be nice to have an extra bin bag. With the exception of these, it was a lovely place and the children and myself did enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

I was unable to access the hotel and The property manager didn´t answer the phone, I had previously paid, I can´t talk to anyone at the support and had to pay for a second booking in Manchester in order to have a room. This was the worst experience ever.

Lovely and Clean flat, lots of bars locally and nice area. Staff helpful over the phone. Good access via the tram to central manchester. Sofa was uncomfortable and shower in main bedroom was very small. Some building near by going on no disturbance but awkward for collecting keys.
