Rooms are what u expect from Novotel, modern and Clean. Wifi working perfect. Lots of parking both in the garage and outdoors. We had lunch at the hotel and it was very average. For dinner we walked outside the hotel but only to find that all restaurants were closed, maybe because it was a Sunday. So dinner was in the hotel and agan average.

A typical Novotel hotel, clean, nice, friendly staff, but misses the atmosphere. Way to far away from the Salerno city center. Requires transportation to get around. The pool was unfortunately empty during the stay. The breakfast missed the typical Italian touch.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good as it is little outside of the city but you definitely need a car to get around. Rooms could be something bigger but o.k. for the nights. Understood that wr didn't get an upgraded room as the hotel was full. But disappointing that the only 2 left platinum benefits didn't make me feel very welcome. There was only one red wine available for this - and the poor wine didn't have any chance to taste good as it came from he fridge. Also expected to get more than just a 1 pm late check out. Overall nice hotel...

Hi ! I was here just for one night but I had the surprise to find a really good staff. All the room in Novotel are the same, nothing to say about this, good rooms as usual.... But what an amazing staff ! Daniele and Ana for the restaurant , were really friendly and professional, they spoke a little bit with me and ... I enjoyed my meal , Thanks to them ;) Also for the reception the trainee Maria grazia did everything to answer to my questions and the check in was just perfect ! And thank you to Monica for the others questions , you speak French really well ! Lovely staff !

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your hotel and the complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon. You all made us feel welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely return if I am near your hotel again!

We stayed there for 3 days and went for day trips to amalfi and positano on day 1, and capri on day 2... Hotel is little far from ferry point... approx 7-10 kms from salerno station...and public transport is very difficult to get... the only way to come to city is cabs... Hotel is nice and well maintained.. rooms are clean and the staff are helpful... Breakfast spread was good... and the staff really take efforts to make your stay comfortable... There is metro connectivity from nearby station (10 mins walk) but the train frequency is once every hour and is delayed at times... Overall rating 3.5/5

We had read the reviews before we booked this hotel and knew that the location was not terrific. We were only staying here for one night so it was fine with us, plus the hotel felt very safe. Our room was great and the staff was very nice.

This is a very nice business hotel, very comfortable and with nice amenities, however it is located about 2 km from downtown Salerno, in a not attractive area. The area has a lot of abandoned buildings and half-built ones, makes it feel unsafe walking around. The only way to and from Salerno itself is by taxi, which can be a bit expensive, do ask for the fare in advance since it can change...

Lovely hotel but it is surrounded by all sides a waste land of rundown disused buildings waiting for a bulldozer to level them. I arrived after dark and went for a walk only to discover we were surrounded by derelict buildings surrounding the Novotel and they continued up the street for 500 metres The only building was still open was a pizza shop. I was unsure but gave it ago and it was a delight. The pizzas were awesome and they sold the best tasting chocolate profiterole with cream i have ever tried. The staff were a delight and it was the cheapest place we eat in Italy by far 30 euro for 4 people. But back to the Novotel. The waitress made me a omelette for breakfast and it was quite nice the room was clean and comfortable and the price was under 80 euro. We used this hotel as a base to explore the Amalifi Coast. This Novotel is opposite the beach but the beach was a building site during our stay.
