Fantastic place to stay and a wonderful host . Only one small issue was advertised as a Bed and Breakfast on Expedia. There also no breakfast option when booking. To our surprise we were told breakfast was not included. Francisco did provide us with breakfast afterwards, he did go out of his way to make our stay special.I would recommend booking this place.

I had an incredible stay at Francesco’s Airbnb in Salerno, Italy! As someone who’s used to renting in the States, I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic everything was. The place was immaculate, thoughtfully designed with a beautiful ocean motif, and had all the amenities we needed for our four-day stay. Francesco was a wonderful host, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a five-minute walk to a stunning beach, which was definitely one of the best I’ve seen along the Amalfi Coast. The pier for ferries to the Amalfi islands was about a 30-minute walk away, but it was a pleasant, scenic stroll. Overall, the entire experience was beyond my expectations, and I would absolutely give it five stars. I can’t wait to return next time I’m in the area!

The hospitality we received from Francesco was the best that I’ve ever received. We were greeted in person at the entrance of the building and was immediately given some beautiful history of the building we were staying in. Francesco was so amazing. He was so attentive to our needs and helped with planning adventures and even last minute arranged for a driver for our group to Sorrento. What a beautiful place to stay. From the moment we arrived Francesco gave us a beautiful warm welcome. His service was outstanding! He gave us a welcome gift of local pastries that were so delicious. We stayed there three days and wished we could stay longer. Everything he suggested to eat was outstanding! He suggested places to see that were amazing. We want to go and stay there again!

An awesome experience

The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning and the ceiling fan was very convenient the Acquablu suites were close to everything but the best part of it was Francesco, he was absolutely AMAZING. He rescued us from the train station since we couldn’t find a taxi. He helped with reservations for a private driver as well as for taxis. He helped us with reservations for a ferry and he also, recommend a wonderful restaurant, because of Acquablu Suites and Francesco we had a marvelous time in Salerno. THANK YOU FRANCESCO!!

I stayed at Acquablu with a friend for three nights in mid-August. The location is convenient for getting to the port, waterfront, shops, restaurants etc. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable (the air conditioning was especially appreciated given the time of year!), with a great view. The review would be incomplete without mentioning the kindness of the host, Francesco. Francesco was very welcoming and really made us feel at home. He provided a lot of great recommendations for Salerno and the surrounding region, including the nearby town of Vietri-sul-Mare and a boat tour of the Amalfi Coast. On top of that, we were even greeted on arrival with delicious home-made sweets made by his wife! The location and amenities at Acquablu were already great, but the hosts took it to another level. The real rating should be 11/10. Grazie mille!

This bedroom/bathroom suite was great with common space that we never had time to use. The problem was the 52 steps to get up to it once we got into the building. None of the other reviews mentioned that fact. Since we're 77 and 69, we would have probably thought twice about renting there. Everything else was above and beyond with the owner of the suite dropping off a couple food surprises as added luxuries. There were attractions and restaurants within walking distance of 15-30 minutes. Salerno is very hilly, so there is going to be a hill to walk down and back up to get anywhere.

You got to stay here

There is nothing less to say than amazing! The wonderful Francesco got in touch before we even left the UK and he was there to meet us at the apartment. We had a wonderful 2 nights in the suite with a beautiful view. The place was spotless, close to everything and we would 100% recommend.
