Som vid många tidigare vistelser bra hotell men informationen om vad som nu sent på säsongen är tillgängligt vilseledande på hemsidan. Restauranger stängda och afterski underhållning saknades. Tråkigt bemötande från vissa i personalen vid frågor om detta. Trots detta ok vistelse med förhoppning om bättring nästa gång

Fantastiskt vistelse, fina rum , rent och fräscht . En miljö som känns lyxig, jag blir sedd som gäst, restaurangerna i huset har riktigt bra service och mat och vin i toppklass. Högfjällshotellet har nog en del återkommande personal, som jobbar säsong eller en kombination att verkligen få dem att blomma ut inom hospitality. Gott med kaffe på rummen, alltid skönt att kunna slappa en stund på egen hand. Åt i restaurangen och både servisen och köket gjorde sitt jobb riktigt bra! Det finns ju boende både i lägenheter i direkta byggnader intill och såklart rum i själva huvudbyggnaden. Se till att boka det som du vet passar dig, huvudbyggnaden har ju känslan av ett lyxigt hotell. Bra frukost och riktigt gott kaffe gjorde mornarna riktigt bra med den utsikt som bjöds på ut genom fönstrena

Lite allmänt slitet. Litet badrum med trång dusch. Parkering 250 meter från hotellet då hotellet parkering är för liten. Saknar saftybox och kylskåp i vårt superior rum. Brett utbud på frukosten men ingen högre kvalitet, lite ”Scandichotell” frukost. Te får t.ex. drickas i kaffekoppar, bröd och juice av enklare sort, etc.
