Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung

Ich bin zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist genial, vor allem mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Die Wohnung entsprach dem Inserat und war sauber. Preis / Leistung stimmt. Gerne wieder!

Angenehm, ruhig und problemlos.

Der Aufenthalt war mit 2 Wochen angesetzt. Von der Buchung, dem Kontakt bis zur Übergabe beim verlassen bzw Rückreise der Wohnung verlief alles sehr reibungslos. Es war ein angenehmer, entspannter dennoch ungewohnter Aufenthalt, da man ja immer sein eigenes Zuhause im Hinterkopf hat. Die Einrichtung war sehr liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details. Vorschläge für Ausflugsziele, komplett ausgestattetes Mobeliar incl Geschirr war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Wir werden in Zukunft diese Fewo für Kurzurlaube oder Ausflüge in der Gegend im Hinterkopf behalten. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wird gerne wieder gebucht. Gruß Bernd

Gute preiswerte Unterkunft

Da die Wohnung im Keller gelegen ist, herrschen im Sommer angenehme Temperaturen. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem. Der Preis ist angebracht und die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Bad und Küche waren in Ordnung.

Für uns war es perfekt

Unsere Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich sehr einfach gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Kellerlage ist bei den heißen Temperaturen einfach perfekt gewesenen, die Wohnung war immer angenehm temperiert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und bedanken uns für die schöne Urlaubswoche.

Es handelt sich um eine Kellerwohnung, angenehm kühl bei hohen Außentemperaturen, ansonsten sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten die meiste Zeit kein warmes Wasser. Die Vermieterin änderte an diesem Problem nichts, trotz des günstigen Preises würden wir die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Einzig die ruhige Lage und der nahe Badesee sind hier gut zu bewerten.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn ein Herd in der Wohnung gewesen wäre,dann wäre es noch schöner gewesen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich gewesen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht

Der Kühlschrank steht im Einbauschrank. Es müssen vier Türen geöffnet werden um an den Kühlschrank zu kommen. Im gleichen Schrank daneben ist der Kleiderschrank. Die Kochnische ist sehr klein. Es gibt einen tragbaren Herd mit zwei Platten. Badezimmer und Schlafraum sind ok. Man kommt durch das Fenster auf die kleine Terrasse sonst muss man von außen auf die Terrasse. Die Scheibe hat einen Sprung. Wenn man in der Küche das Licht einschaltet geht gleichzeitig das Licht im Treppenhaus an. Mit Hund ist die Wohnung ungeeignet weil man ständig die Treppe rauf und runter muss. Um mit Hund ins Grüne zu kommen muss man 1 km durch die Siedlung gehen. Die Vermieterin war allerdings nett und aufmerksam.

Klein onderkomen voor niet meer dan twee personen.

Miniem terras dat omgeven is door veel groen (hierdoor er veel muggen waren?) Inrichting is gedateerd. Soms was er geen warm water. De omgeving is prachtig met veel wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. We hebben het qua weersomstandigheden ook getroffen (periode 10 - 18 sept. 2021)

Empfehlenswert

Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Das Objekt ist mit Erdgeschoss ausgeschrieben was nicht so ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist Souterrain somit für ältere, oder für Personen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind eher nicht geeignet. Ansonsten ist sie mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet, TV und Internet funktionieren ohne Probleme. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker und Netto erreichbar. Wir DANKEN Frau Stolle für den netten Aufenthalt.

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Sie ist aber wirklich sehr klein und zu 3.(1 Baby) mit einem Hund ist es einfach zu eng. Wenn es dann oft schlechtes Wetter ist und man drinnen sitz, ist es nicht so schön.
