It's a decent hotel but the housekeeping and front desk staff need work. We had a relatively large king room, it was well appointed and had a comfortable bed. The TV was large but there was no printed channel guide, the channel listing was on channel 63 and slowly rolled through, annoying. The included breakfast was your stereotypical eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The coffee machine in the dining area was frequently out of coffee. The in-room WiFi was terrible, slow and frequent signal loss. On two of the days we stayed here, we went downstairs for breakfast around 8:30am and left the do not disturb sign on our door. We figured that we'd return to our room after eating for a few minutes before heading out for the day. We came back with a nastygram note on our door that basically said if we wanted clean towels, come and get them from the front desk. I'm attaching an image of this note to my review. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I've stayed in many hotels and I've never been treated like this. Any well run hotel starts housekeeping on rooms that have been vacated, then rooms without a DnD sign. No one starts housekeeping on occupied rooms at 8:30am. Needless to say, never staying here again.

This Comfort Inn is convenient to almost all of the wineries in the Willamette Valley and to the dining in downtown McMinnville. The accommodations are clean and very comfortable with a refrigerator in the room. Free WiFi worked great. The breakfasts are very good, and everything was well stocked, however, the breakfast area could become very crowded at peak times. I did not use the pool, however, there is a pleasant privacy fenced area outside of the pool that is quiet and comfortable for just relaxing.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in McMinnville. Firstly, the area is beautiful- I loved the drive to and from the countryside and would love to go back and explore more of what the area has to offer! We stayed at this Comfort Inn for one evening, as we were making our way to Portland and stopping to visit the Air & Space Museum/Water Park. The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us! We thought it would be older and run-down, however, it was not! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with updated furnishings and lobby area. The room was well-appointed and spacious for our family of 4. We had the free breakfast in the lobby and were satisfied with the plentiful offerings. More than just a continental breakfast, in our opinion. We enjoyed the pull, although it was on the small side and the spa was drained during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the waterpark in the future!

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well stocked! The front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly. The fd staff were able to answer all the questions I had about the water park, which was very helpful for us to save money. Lots of little extras in this hotel that make it special; pool bathrooms are stocked for women and fresh lemon water in the lobby. The gym is very nice with up to date equipment and very clean! The location is great! Close to the highway but not noisy and close to quaint McMinnville main street, the aviation museum and water park.

In March I reserved 5 rooms for a vacation with friends and specifically requested a King Suite for myself. I received a confirmation for a king suite but when I arrived I was told they had me in a double queen and if I wanted a king suite I needed one of my friends to trade their room with me. How could I ask that of my friends! It was embarrassing. I then heard about all the entries in the system and I must have made a change to the room, etc, etc. I never received an apology or any empathy to the situation I was in and my printed confirmation meant nothing the desk clerk, Evan. Fast forward to check out and two of my friends were overcharged for their rooms. One was over 2x's the quoted rate. Evan was checking us out and it was terrible. After hearing once again about policies and systems he started working on our situation. He stopped and helped other customers so it took us over an hour to check out and resolve the billing. We think one room still had an overcharge but needed to get to our day after a frustrating hour with Evan. The hotel itself is clean, centrally located and is a comfortable no frills hotel - but if you have an issue - good luck!

Convenient, above average bfast, rooms with good AC (summer), nice vending area at front desk. Each person we interacted with in short stay was kind and helpful. No complaints. Pool indoors, bit too warm for us and little cloudy but not our primary reason to stay there.

We had selected this hotel because it was near to McMinnville, Dundee, the coast and for the wine tasting we would be doing in the area. We were so pleased with the nicest front desk staff, the breakfast crew and their ability to recommend additional things to see and do while in the area. We loved going to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum and spent the best 4th of July there, touring the museums free for 4 hours and a fireworks show that puts Washington, DC to shame! Great hotel!

The Comfort Inn & Suites is located a short distance from downtown McMinnville and several local wineries. The room was large with a separate area from the bedroom for relaxing. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. The hotel has nice indoor pool area with a whirlpool & a small workout area. The included breakfast was pretty good with a variety of hot & cold options. The hotel staff was pleasant and the free wireless internet was easy to connect to & reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area for wine tasting or other activities.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel in early July 2017. The property was meticulously maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location is somewhat boring, but McMinnville is small enough that it is easy to get anywhere in town. The room rate was much lower than the surrounding area, making it a very good value. We will definitely stay again.

We're on a cross-country trip and so far this is the best hotel we've stayed at. Not sure why, just is. The only caveat I'd give is if you're a light sleeper be sure to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel away from the highway. Also, if you can book your room with the app and avoid the annoying 1-800 number please do. While it's more of a corporate problem than this specific hotel trying to book over the phone takes almost 20 minutes and is a total waste of time. Better to stay somewhere else than go through that, right? Anyway, we were able to get a room with the app as we had good cell signal and I'd stay at this hotel again. Also, if you like Thai food we had a wonderful experience at Thai Country in the old downtown area. Loved it.
