Die Villa Kinzica müsste eigentlich Villa Antiqua heißen, denn Einrichtung des Hotels und der Zimmer sind von dazumal. Das wäre ja nicht schlimm, wenn es wenigstens sauber wäre und das Hotel nicht mit 4* bewertet wäre. Im Bad mit bereits sehr abgegriffenen Sanitäreinrichtungsgegenständen fanden sich noch Haare und Restbestände von vorherigen Gästen. Das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab - warum kann man sich selbst erklären. Dass ein Zug in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei fährt, war auf keiner Beschreibung zu finden und das WLAN stammt noch aus der Zeit, in der es 56K Verbindungen gab. Der Herr am Empfang hatte sein eigenes Tempo und Priorität - wir gehörten auf jeden Fall nicht dazu. Die jungen Frauen des Hauses haben dies aber wieder ausgeglichen: Freundlich, ruhig und auf die Arbeit und den Gast konzentriert. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und für Italien überdurchschnittlich, sei es mit dem frischen Saft, den man sich pressen konnte, der sehr großen Auswahl an süßen Köstlichkeiten, frischem Ei, einem Sandwichtoaster etc. Unser Tipp an das Hotel: Bitte Anspruch und Wirklichkeit prüfen und dringend etwas bei den grundsätzlichen Bedürfnissen im Sanitärbereich tun! Und bitte auch den Herrn an der Rezeption aus seiner Tiefschlafphase wecken.

Det var søde ansatte. Altid smilende, hårdt arbejdende og hjælpsomme. Slidt hotel og særligt deres aircondition var elendig. Vi havde en del problemer med det på vores værelse. Den var meget utæt, dryppende vand og mindre sø på gulvet, og havde på vores fem dage mange til at kigge på det, uden det helt lykkes at ordne. God men Dyr restaurant. Tænker covid har haft sine konsekvenser. Mener ikke det lever op til standard på fire stjerner. Grundet vores mærkbare udfordringer fok vi en kompensation da vi tjekkede ud.

Good but could improve with some details

Everything was nice, the room, the personell and the environment and the hotel is very much worth its price. However the food, this time dinner, could be improved a little and especially when we asked for a take away breakfast which was really bad from what we have had in other similar hotels. Here they have too improve a lot and also at breakfast they have to improve regrading the assortment of bread and to fill up when something is ended.

Iseo søen er det smukkeste sted.

Søen Iseo er fuldstændig fantastisk, Hotellet ligger rigtig fint med udsigt over søen. Der er en vej imellem, men den kan man ikke se, da den smukke have skærmer for vejen, så det kun er søen man ser. Vi fik et dejligt værelse med udsigt til bjergsiden, der desværre lå lige ud til en kompressor, der larmede en del, men når vi lukkede døren, hørte vi den ikke rigtigt. Men udsigten var helt fantastisk, så det var lidt ærgerligt. På stedet var også et hyggeligt hjørne med swimmingpool. Restauranten var lidt dyr, men helt fantastisk mad, og man får jo hvad man betaler for:) Tag båden på Iseo søen og sejl til den store ø i søen, det er en virkelig smuk tur. Det er også muligt, at sejle rundt til de andre byer rund i søen. Vi vender gerne tilbage til dette hotel.

Schmucke Villa mit fantastischem Essen

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, nur die wenig befahrene Hauptstrasse trennt es vom Ufer. Die Parkanlage lädt zum verweilen ein und ist liebevoll mit Lounges, Hängematten und Liegestühlen eingerichtet. Darüber hinaus hat es einen tollen Pool. Die Empfehlung ist, unbedingt im Hotel zu Dinnieren, das Essen ist von hervorragender Qualität, nicht gerade günstig, aber es lohnt sich allemal. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist umwerfend, mit eigenem Frischbrot und einer grossen Auswahl qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte. Und die Zimmer? Naja, hier dürfte der Eigentümer ein bisschen investieren, es wirkt ein bisschen altmodisch. Die Räume sind aber in sauberem und gepflegtem Zustand. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Nettes Hotel mit italienischem Flair

Ein wirklich schönes echt italienisches Kleines Hotel, einfach zum Wohlfühlen . Die gesamte Gartenanlage mit Loungemöbeln auf gepflegtem Rasen, die kleine aber feine Poolanlage und das perfekte nette Personal, auch das gute Essen vom Frühstücksbüffet Mittagessen mit Gemüse und Salatbuffet bis zum Abendessen, alles großartig!Einzig derPrivatstrand uber die Straße ist eher spärlich eingerichtet und nichtgepflegt und die Duschkabine im Zimmer ist alt aus weißem Plastik und gehört mal modernisiert, dass ist aber nur zu erwähnen , weil sonst alles perfekt gepflegt ist. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder!

Hotel and staff great. Not a great view from our room a buliders yard and a bit of lake Iseo? Secure underground parking but was charged extra for it? Does have a free car park but we wanted motorcycle to be secure for piece of mind. Hotel restaurant food was way overpriced for what you get and quite bland to taste! Plus there was no rush to get it to you! Breakfast however is one of the best selection/quality I have had in a hotel lovely!!!! Possibly would stay again but would eat out on the evening.

Lovely family hotel with pool and private beach

The hotel is between a busy main road and railway. Cheaper rooms are to backside (no trains between 23 and 5 at night). Breakfast is excellent with lots of fresh stuff and coffee like in a Italian bar and views to lake! Lunch menu available 10€ ("pranzo") In summer pool and private beach/pier to lake. Even the frequent trains could disturbe some guest (e.g. at pool) I recommend this place due to the full service commitment and friendlyness of the staff.

Asuimme vaimon kanssa viikon huoneessa 46. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja sänky mukava. ikkunat sai auki ja näkymät olivat hienot. Varhaisen ajankohdan takia ( huhtikuu ) ei uima-allas ollut vielä käy- tössä, mutta varmaan myöhemmin sekin on kiva lisä oleiluun. Ruoka aivan mahtavaa.
